Our Thesis

There are savvy entrepreneurs worldwide that are adept at identifying and building new fintech, adtech and productivity software. Once these SaaS products have passed proof-of-concept stage, it’s not uncommon for the product to grow beyond the founders’ core competencies.

Led by our founder and CEO, Kevin Petersen, Growth Stack has developed the right mix of experienced operators, free-thinkers and skilled practitioners that can supercharge companies and take them to the next level.

Kevin Petersen


Marketing automation specialist with 21 years of experience working with companies like Charles Schwab and Wells Fargo, and had founder shares in On Assignment Inc (NYSE: ASGN). Petersen’s SaaS experience includes growing a file sharing platform to seven-figure revenue in its first year, an award-winning music industry start-up, and several portfolio brands that realized >50% YOY growth since acquisition.

Rick Ow

Rick Ow is an Advisor, EVP, and GM at Growth Stack, where Rick leads sales strategy as the EVP Sales, including being the GM for several assets, currently Storage Unit Auction List. Rick holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with publication in the Twelfth Annual International Conference of the IEEE for Engineering in Medicine. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Army exiting with the rank of Captain and has been in the technology industry for over 30 years working in roles in IT, system engineering, and major account management at Fortune 500 companies as well as several start-ups, one of which had a successful $360M acquisition.
